This was a fast track fit out of the 5th floor with a contract period of only 7 weeks this period also included for the Electrical design all works were carried out within this period. The works consisted of the installation of designer lighting, small power and data to over 100 floor boxes fed from a network of underfloor busbar trunking and data matting. Also upgrading of the building fire alarm installation to complement the new floor layout.
